No more manual entry
Automatically insert order(s) and send invoices into/from your Sage 300
EDI Process Flow
The carrier (VAN) takes the file from the supplier (retailers, wholesalers or manufacturers) and brings it to the Negolink server in the IN folder.
Then Negolink service processes the XML files and insert them into your ERP system, say Sage 300, assuming there are no error.
Once the shipment is made and the invoice is created in Sage 300, Negolink proceeds with this invoice and put it in the OUT folder ready to be recovered by the carrier to send it back to the supplier

Process control
You can decide to configure your process control rule however you want.
Here is an example
- When your PO is inter in Negolink, the system look if the customer on PO is an existing customer.
- If not, an EDI error appears and the 850 need to be corrected and then reprocess in Negolink.
- The next thing it verifies is if the product and the unit exist in the ERP system, if not the same action is necessary
- After, it's looking if the price is matching.
- If not, it put the order on hold in Sage 300 until the price match the price list and then release the order. If all the check passed, the PO is written in the ERP.

EDI Error, Exception
You can easily see the error, exception and the root cause so you can investigate them.
You can have access to the original EDI file and launch reprocess to correct an error
